Newer Handmade 10 inch Mixing Bowl. Heavy Stoneware like pottery, tan clay.

It has been hand incised on bottom: DAKA 3 RCY.

The exterior has an upper ring and swirls which extend up from the base. The interior is rings which can be felt.

NO chips or scratches. One possible 1.5 inch hairline extending downward from rim. There is some greyish wear inside bottom which may be metal marks - they are very light and I can't decide if they are marks or part of the glaze.

It measures 5 inches high X almost 10.5 inches diameter at top.

The glaze is a thin white with some drip runs. It does not completely cover the pottery, allowing specks from grains of sand to show. Has the usual lumps and tiny bubbles of hand thrown pottery.

It's a very pretty bowl and would look lovely on a cupboard top. Nice addition to a Country Cottage or Shabby Chic Decor.
