Kay Tag Re-Created By Linda B Originals This circle and diamond medallion is from an older piece of jewelry but I don't know if it was from a necklace or a belt. It has been attached to a gold plated figure 8 key holder which repeats both the circular shape and the 2 circles with bar connecting piece. The key tag is metal which is a mat gold color with enameled areas in black, gold and cream colors.
