Cotton dress with elastic neckline allows for this Bohemian style dress to be worn off or on shoulder. Below knee length measures about 46 inches long. Powder blue in color with lace and satin trimming. Casual loose-fitting style - perfect for summer. Size approximately 14 to 16. This lovely dress was bought new, circa late 1980s, but never worn. Excellent condition.
