This Monopoly set has a board copyright of 1935. The box has masking tape on the sides and corners, but is the original matching box to this playing board. Both the board and game box have the Patent number 2026082. The pieces housed inside the box include 12 wood hotels, red in color (11 are in Fine condition and 1 Good condition hotel that has some wear) and 24 wood houses, green in color (23 are in Fine condition and 1 Average Minus condition house that has wear). Also included are six (6) wood playing pieces in Fine condition and a pair of small green dice in Very Good condition. The money measures about 1.75 inches by 3.75 inches and a few bills have been taped.

The money includes: (9) $500; (54) $100; (15) $50; (35) $20; (51) $10; (38) $5; and (33) $1. The assorted money has some wear but the majority is in Very Good condition. There are 16 orange Chance cards and 16 yellow Community Chest cards and a complete set of deed, railroad and utility cards. These cards have some wear and creasing, Very Good condition. The playing board is worn and has some watermarks. This vintage playing board and box are in Average condition.
