There are ink notations, most likely from a child, on the inside blank page, inside title page, and the back inside blank page. The story pages and illustrations are crisp and clean and have no ink marks. No tears. The cover has some wear and discoloration along the spine but is intact. The inside pages have slight browning. No loose pages but the binding has pulled slightly on the inside cover from the first page. This 212-page hardcover is in Average condition.
