Picture Books – ages 2 – 5 – Very little text and pictures on every page. (50 to 1500 words) Recent legislation forbids selling items for 12 and under that MAY contain over the limited amount of lead in the ink, paint, etc. This includes books printed before 1985, which may or may not contain lead in the ink.
